Events Supervisor (Hybrid, São Paulo)

Lead teams, suppliers, and event operations for Tour House, a travel and tourism company. Keep events within budget and deadlines while meeting service standards.

Description

  • Build and guide the department team and its strategies under management direction.
  • Oversee daily operations, including logistics and customer service.
  • Collect event briefs from Operations, clients, and/or the Commercial team.
  • Assign events among coordinators according to workload, complexity, deadlines, and event dates.
  • Create SPEC requests, contact clients, resolve questions, and route requests to the team.
  • Track service-level agreements weekly and maintain the SPEC cover sheet.
  • Coordinate reconciliation of client and TH cards with Finance.
  • Track attendance, working hours, leave, and birthday days off.
  • Review cost sheets and closing reports prepared by junior and mid-level coordinators.
  • Choose suppliers and check that they meet contract terms.
  • Hold weekly one-to-one meetings and give ongoing feedback.
  • Keep team delivery aligned with company strategy.
  • Set consistent standards for the network, spreadsheets, and client communications.
  • Maintain the event tracking spreadsheet.
  • Lead onboarding and train new employees in SPEC and THEI processes.

Requirements

  • Advanced English for client service and negotiations
  • Experience managing schedules, contracts, and budgets
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Associate or technology degree
  • Postgraduate qualification
  • Availability for full-time work
  • Independent contractor (PJ) engagement
