- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline, targeting approximately four times coverage through self-sourced opportunities
- Lead value-based sales discussions centered on business impact, return on investment, and risk reduction
- Close new business while identifying near-term cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Manage multiple accounts at once and refine acquisition strategies using sales performance data
- Find, qualify, and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Work with Customer Success to support account renewals
Requirements
- At least three years of successful SaaS software sales experience with Commercial or Mid-Market customers
- Consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
- Capacity to handle multiple active deals and work across complex internal and external organizations
- Working knowledge of SaaS commercial models and foundational digital accessibility concepts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Adaptability and effectiveness in a fast-moving, high-growth organization
