Bilingual French Recruiter — Remote (US or Canada)

Lead end-to-end recruiting for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions clients, from role intake and sourcing through screening and candidate delivery. Support hiring across sales, finance, administrative, and high-volume positions.

Description

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including role intake, profile definition, sourcing, screening, and interviews
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify candidates for assigned openings
  • Search for candidates through job boards, databases, social networks, and other sourcing channels
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in client ATS platforms and recruitment systems
  • Submit qualified and shortlisted candidates in line with client requirements and service-level standards
  • Develop recruitment reports, process reviews, and sourcing performance metrics
  • Meet client-defined daily productivity and performance targets

Requirements

  • Bring 1–3 years of recruiting experience across sales, finance, administrative, and high-volume roles
  • Demonstrate advanced French proficiency
  • Have experience with talent sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment, and qualification
  • Understand recruitment channels, job boards, and candidate-sourcing methods
  • Communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations confidently
  • Have experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Manage multiple openings and competing priorities effectively
