Associate Director, Change Management - Gartner (Hybrid)

Lead change management, training, pilot programs, and adoption for Gartner’s Sales technology initiatives. Partner with Sales and technology teams to support business transformation at a business and technology insights firm.

Description

  • Lead change management activities for critical Sales technology initiatives
  • Drive awareness and adoption of Sales technology tools, enhancements, and processes
  • Act as the subject matter expert and primary technology contact for Sales and the Sales Technology team
  • Partner with Sales Technology, Sales Process, Sales, Operations, and other Team NCVI stakeholders to understand workflows and processes
  • Develop change strategies and supporting materials
  • Plan and deliver engaging training tailored to specific Sales audiences
  • Own the overarching Sales technology training strategy
  • Support the Sales Technology Champions program
  • Design, lead, and manage Sales technology pilots through completion
  • Create communications and resources such as presentations, emails, intranet posts, guides, and videos
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of change management initiatives and present findings
  • Develop stakeholder partnerships and guide stakeholders throughout the change journey
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Technology team so solutions address Sales needs and business outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • At least five years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Communications roles
  • Without Sales experience, demonstrate the willingness and ability to learn Sales processes and roles in depth quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and master technology tools quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Technical proficiency with Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring terminology for diverse audiences, translating feedback across business units, and leading engaging presentations, calls, and training sessions
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing complex projects, programs, or pilots involving numerous partners
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to build connections quickly and apply emotional intelligence
  • Confidence to constructively challenge stakeholder perspectives when appropriate
  • Self-directed and team-oriented, with the motivation to work independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptable and results-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
