Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

  • Recruit talent to support Holistic Health’s business objectives.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR teams to plan recruitment and sourcing activities.
  • Manage the hiring process from posting requisitions through sourcing and offer acceptance.
  • Share talent market information, candidate availability, and competitive hiring insights.
  • Lead intake discussions to clarify role requirements and recruitment expectations.
  • Plan and carry out sourcing through applicant tracking systems, talent databases, referrals, networking, social media, and other external channels.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and recommend suitable applicants.
  • Work with Recruitment Marketing on employer branding, social media, and outreach events.
  • Represent Nestlé’s employment brand and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Keep hiring managers informed about recruitment progress, candidate feedback, and pipeline status.
  • Support candidate selection and offer administration alongside HR and compensation teams.
  • Monitor candidate and requisition activity and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, consensus meetings, candidate communications, travel, and accommodations for internal and external candidates.
  • Provide recruitment technology support for virtual and onsite activities.
  • Prepare interview materials and confirm arrangements with candidates.
  • Ensure Interview Recommendation Forms and candidate records are completed.
  • Coordinate between Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.

Requirements

  • Bring at least two years of recruiting work experience.
  • Prior recruiting experience with Nestlé for three months or longer is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Be able to question existing processes while managing the expectations of business partners and candidates.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels and recruiting technologies.
  • Understand full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, applicant tracking, offer administration, and candidate relationship management.
  • Demonstrate experience conducting competency-based recruitment.
  • Have experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing channels, and social and digital media.
  • Understand business hiring needs and apply appropriate recruiting solutions.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Copilot is preferred.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or a comparable applicant tracking system is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
