Remote Cancer Care Client Services Coordinator

Coordinate care, scheduling, billing, and clinical trial enrollment for cancer patients and families navigating complex healthcare systems. Work with clinicians and researchers to support clients through PHM.

Description

  • Support clients directly by assessing and responding to their care needs.
  • Work with clinicians and researchers as part of each client’s care team.
  • Start client engagements with welcome messages and completed registrations.
  • Help coordinate appointments and billing with physician offices.
  • Arrange services such as concierge nursing and molecular profiling.
  • Organize client meetings, follow up, and track action items through completion.
  • Work with researchers to assess clinical trial eligibility and enrollment steps.

Requirements

  • At least one year of professional care coordination experience in a complex setting
  • Cancer care experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering concierge-level customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ethical standards and personal integrity
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing role
  • High comfort and skill with technology
  • A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
