Description

  • Design and maintain dbt models for support workflows spanning ticketing, KYC, withdrawals, and market resolution.
  • Bring data from Decagon, BPO partners, CRM platforms, and workforce management tools into the cloud warehouse.
  • Develop data quality tests, monitoring, and documentation that improve confidence in reporting.
  • Establish shared metrics and dimensions in the semantic layer for consistent analysis across CX, operations, and leadership.
  • Create dashboards and self-service datasets that help CX teams resolve operational questions independently.
  • Analyze recurring support-data failures and document findings for the CX playbook and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with central data engineering on shared pipelines, infrastructure choices, and data governance.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related data discipline.
  • Advanced SQL skills and substantial hands-on dbt experience with modeling, testing, and documentation.
  • Experience using a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Experience with ingestion tools such as Fivetran or Airbyte, plus working knowledge of Python.
  • Strong data modeling fundamentals and experience delivering systems adopted by non-technical teams.
  • Ability to investigate complex issues involving multiple variables and explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success creating or improving data documentation, support playbooks, or process guides.
  • Previous experience working with customer support, CRM, or trust and safety data.
  • Experience using customer experience or operations data to influence product or policy decisions.
  • Familiarity with on-chain data or cryptocurrency transaction flows.
