Technical Customer Support Representative - Drayton, ND
Provide onsite technical customer support for CHS, a farmer-owned agribusiness serving global agriculture. Manage customer portals, contracts, payments, disputes, and account inquiries.
विवरण
- Set up new customers and provide portal access
- Track setup progress, resolve delays, and ensure safety and compliance requirements are completed
- Process customer account updates, including bank account and address changes
- Explain CHS processes and help customers use digital tools
- Provide current bids and price-sheet quotes
- Apply contract policies by collecting signatures and following up on unfulfilled contracts and over-applied bushel designations
- Answer general questions about pricing, invoices, and ticket applications
- Support product delivery, order fulfillment, contract amendments and confirmations, and billing and payment balances
- Respond to questions about customer and settlement payments, prepay balances, invoice and payment or contract status, and document reprints
- Accept payments and explain payment application procedures
- Resolve disputes related to deliveries, invoices, contracts, pricing discrepancies, and product quality
- Answer questions about location wait times, payment destinations, and operating hours
- Assist with 1099 and patronage statement inquiries
- Verify sales-provided contract information for accuracy
- Create and amend contracts
- Maintain electronic documents
- Prepare and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor contract performance and form status to support compliance
- Complete other assigned duties
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of customer service and technical support experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Availability to work extended hours as business needs require
- Spanish reading, writing, and communication skills preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and talk
- Selected candidates may need to complete pre-employment screenings, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks
