Senior Director of Market and Competitive Intelligence
Lead market and competitive intelligence for Kaseya’s AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software. Shape segmentation, customer insights, analytics, and executive strategy.

- Develop and lead Kaseya’s competitive intelligence program, producing competitor profiles, sales battlecards, objection-handling resources, and early-warning systems.
- Direct market research, including total addressable market analysis, landscape reviews, industry trends, and emerging categories across MSP and SMB IT.
- Establish an enterprise Voice of Customer program encompassing customer research, buyer journey analysis, and win/loss studies.
- Create and maintain Kaseya’s customer segmentation framework.
- Set the marketing effectiveness measurement approach for pipeline influence, revenue contribution, campaign results, and funnel conversion.
- Work with Data Science and Revenue Operations to develop AI-enabled models for churn, expansion propensity, and customer lifetime value.
- Brief executive leaders regularly on market shifts, competitive risks, customer sentiment, and growth opportunities.
- Integrate market and competitive insights into sales onboarding, training, and active deal support, and assess effects on win rates.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a strong team of analysts and researchers.

- Bring at least 10 years of progressive experience in competitive or market intelligence, insights, analytics, product marketing, or corporate strategy.
- Have at least 3 years of experience leading intelligence, insights, analytics, research, or strategy teams or programs.
- B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP or channel environments, or infrastructure software is a plus.
- Show success building or substantially scaling an intelligence, insights, or analytics function.
- Have hands-on experience with customer segmentation, Voice of Customer programs, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and synthesis skills.
- Communicate exceptionally well in writing and in presentations, including to C-suite leaders and large sales groups.
- Lead across functions and influence teams in product, sales, marketing, and corporate development without relying on formal authority.
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth, acquisitive software companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with the MSP ecosystem and its competitive environment is preferred.
- Experience with Klue or Crayon, Gartner, Forrester, or Canalys research, and AI/ML analytics initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in subscription and retention-focused businesses is preferred.
- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
