Remote Service Coordinator - Jacuzzi Group
Jacuzzi Group is hiring a remote Service Coordinator to manage nationwide service scheduling, technician coordination, work orders, Salesforce updates, subcontractors, and customer issue resolution.

- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly while preserving strong customer relationships
- Apply a working understanding of installation processes
- Schedule and coordinate service calls for plumbing, flooring, wall, and minor drywall repairs
- Manage Service Technician schedules across the United States
- Prepare work orders covering required materials and planned work
- Coordinate with senior services and production managers and Service Technicians across Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations
- Maintain accurate data and notes in scheduling software
- Upload service tickets and job photos to Salesforce CRM
- Arrange subcontractor support when needed
- Handle escalated customer calls and work with management to resolve them
- Complete additional duties as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or service dispatching
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, including Salesforce
- Strong communication skills with employees and customers at all organizational levels
- Dependable follow-through and responsive service
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
- Composure and clear communication when handling customers
- Service or repair scheduling experience is strongly preferred
