Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly while preserving strong customer relationships
Apply a working understanding of installation processes
Schedule and coordinate service calls for plumbing, flooring, wall, and minor drywall repairs
Manage Service Technician schedules across the United States
Prepare work orders covering required materials and planned work
Coordinate with senior services and production managers and Service Technicians across Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations
Maintain accurate data and notes in scheduling software
Upload service tickets and job photos to Salesforce CRM
Arrange subcontractor support when needed
Handle escalated customer calls and work with management to resolve them
Complete additional duties as assigned

Талаптар

At least five years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or service dispatching
Proficiency with CRM platforms, including Salesforce
Strong communication skills with employees and customers at all organizational levels
Dependable follow-through and responsive service
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
Composure and clear communication when handling customers
Service or repair scheduling experience is strongly preferred
