Onsite IT Support Specialist – Raleigh, NC
Provide advanced hardware, software, and mobile-device support for Moffatt & Nichol employees. Manage help desk operations, IT documentation, systems imaging, inventory, and employee account processes.

- Deliver advanced computer support to Moffatt & Nichol employees across all locations
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and mobile-device problems
- Assist end users through email, ticketing, and telephone support
- Handle complex requests and provide advanced assistance to other IT Support Specialists
- Respond to help desk tickets and manage the help desk phone line
- Train and mentor fellow IT Support Specialists
- Maintain the WDS imaging server
- Manage IT documentation and inventory in OneNote, Excel, Lansweeper, and Active Directory
- Complete approved assignments for the Network Operations Manager
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and termination processing
- Work with clients and travel occasionally
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or related IT certifications are preferred but not required
- At least five years of related professional technical-support experience is preferred
- Knowledge of advanced IT concepts and functions
- Ability to work independently while following established job procedures
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong customer-service skills
- Successful completion of a post-offer employment background check compliant with NIST 800-171
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to provide required hiring documentation
