  • Provide administrative, social media, content, graphic design, and meeting support for the client.
  • Create social media content, graphics, and other visual assets.
  • Format and schedule approximately 2–4 social media posts each week.
  • Keep content aligned with the client’s brand, visual style, and guidelines.
  • Generate content ideas and repurpose existing information for social media.
  • Manage the client’s inbox and email communications.
  • Organize and prioritize information while completing administrative follow-ups.
  • Prepare information and materials for meetings.
  • Arrange meeting details and conduct relevant research.
  • Coordinate meeting tasks and assist with post-meeting administrative follow-up.
  • Produce simple to moderately complex social media graphics with templates and existing brand assets.
  • Adapt content for different social media formats.
  • Support the client’s daily activities by reducing routine workload and keeping tasks progressing with limited supervision.
  • This position does not involve lead-generation outreach or email outreach.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar position.
  • Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience creating social media content.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design ability.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Effective research and information-gathering skills.
  • Strong time-management ability.

  • Ability to accommodate the client’s preferred working hours or time zone when required.
