eCommerce Promotion Specialist
Run and optimize promotional campaigns across Sally Beauty’s web, mobile, and app channels. Work with cross-functional teams to strengthen conversion, customer experience, and sales.

- Manage ecommerce promotions from initial intake through launch checks and post-campaign review.
- Assess promotion requirements and define setup approaches, business rules, timing, eligibility, and customer experience standards.
- Set up, maintain, and improve promotions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related ecommerce platforms.
- Prioritize execution according to business impact, deadlines, dependencies, customer needs, and operational risk.
- Update stakeholders on launch readiness, risks, fixes, and key decisions.
- Lead quality testing and launch checks across web, mobile, and app channels.
- Confirm promotions meet launch standards and postpone release when requirements or quality criteria are unmet.
- Own day-to-day resolution of promotion issues, including customer experience, product eligibility, and configuration problems.
- Escalate financial, policy, system defect, and governance risks as needed.
- Review campaign results, customer engagement, operational defects, and feedback to find opportunities for improvement.
- Review completed promotions and recommend improvements to promotional strategy, workflows, controls, and customer experience.
- Create and maintain operating documentation, best practices, checklists, and process standards.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Customer Service, Site Operations, and Technology teams.
- Contribute to special projects and other assigned work.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to three years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, pricing, promotions, or related ecommerce work.
- Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and other ecommerce platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis.
- Careful attention to detail, with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence partners across the organization.
- Ability to assess risk, solve problems, and make sound business decisions within established guidelines.
- Experience collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Technology, and Customer Service teams.
- Analytical ability to translate business requirements into effective operational solutions.
- Must work onsite at the corporate office on specified days.
