Lead integrated digital strategy for nonprofit-focused clients at RKD Group, overseeing account portfolios, senior teams, budgets, retention, and growth. This role combines executive client leadership with ownership of digital performance and new business development.

- Act as the senior strategic lead for a portfolio of complex, high-value client accounts
- Own client satisfaction, retention, and revenue results across the portfolio
- Establish account strategies that connect digital programs with each client’s mission and business objectives
- Conduct executive client presentations, annual business reviews, and strategic planning meetings
- Build integrated digital plans across email, conversion rate optimization, paid search, paid social, programmatic, texting, and emerging channels
- Advise clients and teams on digital trends, audience behavior, and technology developments
- Manage account-level budgets, multi-year forecasts, and financial reporting
- Represent RKD’s digital expertise and strategic perspective with authority and credibility
- Define expectations for integrated digital strategy and execution
- Advance digital program innovation while applying current channel practices and industry standards
- Monitor portfolio performance against client objectives and RKD benchmarks
- Manage portfolio budgets, revenue goals, and financial forecasts
- Strengthen client retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Pod Managers, department leaders, and executives to deliver integrated, high-quality work
- Improve cross-functional processes, tools, and operating workflows
- Lead or support RFP responses, pitches, proposals, and other new business initiatives
- Shape and communicate RKD’s digital experience value proposition
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Provide senior leadership for the performance, growth, and culture of the Digital Experience portfolio
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is strongly preferred
- Bring 7–10 years of digital marketing experience, including substantial agency leadership
- Demonstrated success directing integrated digital programs and multi-million-dollar account portfolios
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation ability
- Extensive knowledge of email, paid media, conversion rate optimization, texting, and related digital channels
- Strong commercial judgment, including experience with budgets, forecasting, and P&L management
