Help Westpac customers with everyday banking, digital services and card disputes. Based at the Timaru branch, with occasional coverage at the Geraldine branch.

- Cover shifts at the Geraldine branch when needed

- Experience in customer service or administration

- Confidence with digital tools and the ability to guide customers in using them
- Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and focus on solutions
