Clinical Trial Coordinator – Argentina Remote

Support global clinical research projects by coordinating trial documentation, regulatory materials, study systems, metrics, and site operations. The role also contributes to project administration, team coordination, training, and process improvement.

  • Provide administrative and technical support to project teams
  • Coordinate project activities and potentially act as a study lead
  • Serve as a liaison across project functions
  • Support onboarding and train new staff when required
  • Contribute to departmental and cross-functional process improvements
  • Coordinate and complete assigned trial activities in line with the task matrix
  • Support file reviews and document identified findings
  • Complete assigned work on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Escalate project risks to project leads and the line manager
  • Maintain study records, team lists, training trackers, system access, and activity plans
  • Keep the electronic Trial Master File current and support GoBalto and eTMF systems
  • Process documents, conduct eTMF reviews and mass mailings, and prepare internal reports
  • Review and monitor local regulatory documentation
  • Send documents to clients and centralized IRB/IEC organizations
  • Analyze and reconcile study metrics and findings reports
  • Help resolve findings involving site documentation
  • Maintain vendor tracking records
  • Compile and distribute Investigator Site File and Pharmacy binder materials and non-clinical study supplies
  • Support study-specific translation materials and perform translation quality control

आवश्यकताएँ

  • High school or secondary school diploma or equivalent, plus a relevant academic or vocational qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred experience providing the knowledge and skills for the role, comparable to at least four years
  • A suitable combination of education, training, and directly related experience may be accepted
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze project-specific data and systems
  • Strong customer focus
  • Adaptable and flexible when reprioritizing work to meet changing project timelines
  • Working knowledge of applicable country regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practice, and organizational, client, and WPD procedures
  • Excellent English language and grammar skills, plus local-language proficiency where needed
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in clinical trial database systems
  • Successful completion of the PPD clinical training program
  • Self-motivated, positive, and interpersonal in approach
