Client Success Manager at Gartner (Hybrid)

- Manage relationships with client stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to professionals across business functions
- Guide clients in using Gartner subscriptions to support satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Present Gartner services and capabilities to new clients while communicating their value to decision-makers
- Lead client calls, assess priorities, and recommend actions that improve value and return on investment
- Partner with internal Gartner teams to resolve obstacles and increase client value
- Review client books of business, performance, and key engagement metrics regularly
- Onboard clients, demonstrate the value of Gartner services, and encourage adoption across large client teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of relevant professional or internship experience
- Demonstrated success driven by a commitment to delivering excellent client experiences
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
