- At least 7 years of demonstrated success in complex B2B, commercial, or financial sales
- A consistent record of top-quartile performance and exceeding ambitious sales goals
- Advanced consultative selling skills, including influencing C-suite decision-makers and closing large, high-impact opportunities
- Proven solution-selling experience in payments, financial services, SaaS, or related sectors
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to explain ROI, profitability, and business impact
- Ability to review client financial statements, analyze balance sheets, and recognize working capital requirements
- Exceptional skill in turning complex offerings into clear, actionable client value
- Comfort working in a regulated environment
- Ability to work independently, apply creative thinking, and deliver measurable results within a large institutional organization
