Tavsif

  • Set technical direction for an enterprise platform that scales with customer growth and product features.
  • Lead complex initiatives from unclear requirements through product delivery.
  • Build AI-powered no-code tools for non-technical teams to create and manage advanced workflows.
  • Develop monitoring and analytics that help teams improve AI agents.
  • Work with customers and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
  • Mentor engineers and strengthen team practices through code reviews, technical design, and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with Agent Software Engineering, Agent Product Management, core product, and design teams on workflows, requirements, designs, and launches.
  • Oversee projects and guide technical direction as the team expands.

Talablar

  • At least six years of experience building full-stack software products.
  • A record of influencing technical direction and strong product judgment.
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript, Python, or both.
  • Strong architecture and system design capabilities.
  • Experience designing abstractions and platforms for varied use cases.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives and building consensus across teams.
  • Ability to balance technical quality, rapid iteration, and customer needs.
  • Strong product intuition and experience turning user feedback into technical solutions.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical standards.
  • Experience building security-sensitive products, such as authentication and data access controls.
  • Experience building and scaling developer tools, APIs, platforms, or infrastructure products.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent systems, prompt engineering, or products built with AI capabilities.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and scalable system development.
  • Experience with observability, data visualization, or analytics products.
  • Experience establishing technical standards, design patterns, or architectural principles adopted across teams.
