Tavsif

  • Serve as the main contact for IT support and office technology.
  • Provide first- and second-line support to onsite and remote colleagues with hardware, software, network connectivity, and account access.
  • Prepare laptops, accounts, and access permissions for new starters.
  • Manage offboarding in a controlled, GDPR-compliant way.
  • Maintain and improve the office network, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and routers, along with everyday tools.
  • Organize SaaS licenses, hardware inventory, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Work with the core engineering team on DevOps support tasks.
  • Assist with CI/CD tools, AWS and GCP cloud monitoring, developer accounts, and automated workflows for the Offsite Signal Engine.

Talablar

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or a help desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace or the Google Cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience with Windows.
  • Familiarity with or experience using macOS and Apple devices is a strong advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • A strong focus on data security.
  • Above-average interest in software development, APIs, CI/CD, Git, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch.
  • A solution-oriented, proactive, organized, and service-focused approach.
