Tavsif

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites.
  • Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the assigned territory.
  • Verify product operation, resolve faults, and escalate issues in line with established procedures.
  • Coordinate service appointments and complete the required documentation.
  • Apply diagnostic tools to identify hardware and software failures.
  • Repair hardware components and adjust mechanical parts as needed.
  • Configure and install relevant software.
  • Replenish consumable supplies as instructed.
  • Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
  • Train customers in the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
  • Take part in training, KPI programs, and special projects.

Talablar

  • Required education or equivalent professional experience.
  • One to two years of relevant field services experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record meeting Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements.
