Opis

  • Lead a team of Central Relationship Managers.
  • Connect with current and prospective wealth management clients by phone, email, and text.
  • Strengthen client relationships and arrange appointments with Wealth Management Team partners.
  • Build trust across the team and encourage associates to take initiative.
  • Support associates’ professional growth and career progression.
  • Act as the C-RM leadership contact for geographically aligned Wealth markets.
  • Work with Wealth Management Team functional leaders to set best practices and align client care standards.
  • Coach associates to provide a strong client experience.
  • Help clients connect with Wealth Management Teams.
  • Create individualized development plans with associates.
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new C-RMs.
  • Help create a collaborative, high-performing, and motivating team environment.

Zahteve

  • At least five years of related experience, including knowledge of client service, operations, and business processes.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Series 63, 7, 9, and 10 licenses must be obtained before hire.
  • Ability to deliver business results and solve complex problems.
  • Business acumen across functions and ability to balance multiple goals and priorities.
  • Data-informed leadership and ability to drive improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change.
  • Mentoring and leadership capabilities.
  • Coaching capability.
  • Knowledge of financial products, guidance, and solutions.
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance practices and rules.
