Senior Collections Associate, Pune (Hybrid)
Manage complex, high-value customer receivables for Coupa’s spend management platform. Lead collections, resolve disputes, maintain forecasts, and improve processes.
Opis
- Manage a portfolio of high-value, complex customer accounts and lead collections from start to finish.
- Contact customers by phone, email, and video to resolve overdue balances and disputes.
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Deal Desk to address billing and contract issues.
- Handle escalations with sales leaders and customer stakeholders.
- Keep collections forecasts, aging reports, and cash application records accurate.
- Find ways to reduce Days Sales Outstanding and bad debt exposure.
- Use Oracle, Tesorio, or similar platforms to manage workflows, monitor account status, and report portfolio health.
- Assist with accounts receivable close activities at month-end and quarter-end.
Zahteve
- At least five years of experience in collections.
- Collections experience in SaaS, FMCG, or financial services is preferred.
- A demonstrated record of engaging senior sales managers to resolve account issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and professionalism in negotiations.
- Ability to independently manage a complex, high-value portfolio.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Experience with Oracle, Tesorio, or comparable platforms.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Pune, India.
