Provide field service for GLORY cash-handling equipment at customer locations throughout Buffalo and nearby areas. Troubleshoot electromechanical systems, complete installations and upgrades, and maintain strong customer communication.

Opis

  • Own the full customer service experience and provide attentive care to clients
  • Independently troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment
  • Promote and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Identify system faults and complete necessary repairs
  • Keep customers informed throughout maintenance work and system downtime
  • Perform machine installations, Engineering Change Notices related to system upgrades, and hardware and software upgrades
  • Maintain accurate control of assigned parts and tools
  • Stay informed about technical and functional updates to GLORY equipment
  • Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures
  • Complete required Environmental Health and Safety training
  • Report job-site accidents involving injury or property damage promptly
  • Handle additional duties that fall within the scope of the role
  • Report to the District Service Manager
  • Travel each day from home to customer locations in a company van
  • Deliver service across Buffalo, New York, and surrounding areas

Zahteve

  • Currently pursuing or having completed professional training in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field experience
  • Related certifications in mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing are preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Practical computer skills, including Microsoft Office, network navigation, and email
  • A logical approach to troubleshooting, including isolating faults to the PCB or component level
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Understanding of AC/DC power distribution and digital and analog circuitry
  • Experience servicing high-speed paper-handling equipment, ATMs, or copiers; ATM or copier experience is preferred
  • Three to five years of technical field service repair experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods and frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist
  • Willingness to work at customer locations such as financial institutions, casinos, truck stops, recreational parks, and retail stores
  • Availability for rotating weekend and holiday coverage
  • Availability for an on-call rotation, generally once every three to five weeks, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to drive to customer locations during working hours
  • Willingness to make occasional trips outside the assigned territory, including air and overnight travel
  • Ability to work in locations with limited accessibility
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must live within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate; relocation assistance is not provided
