Opis

  • Provide analytical and decision support using statistical methods and data mining.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations that communicate analysis clearly to stakeholders.
  • Turn complex analytical results into accessible insights and recommendations.
  • Find opportunities to automate and customize reporting and analytics across the transaction lifecycle.
  • Apply AI in back-office operations and support its adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data for operational and senior leadership team reporting.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as ad hoc analysis and activities.
  • Use evidence-based analysis to improve process performance.
  • Partner with teams to develop insights and management information for servicing team performance.
  • Review and prepare monthly payouts for operational colleagues.
  • Use automation to generate analytical insights and improve efficiency.
  • Build a deep understanding of data sources and their potential uses.
  • Identify technologies and capabilities that can keep analytical solutions fit for the future.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and data accuracy standards.

Zahteve

  • Bring 3–6 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a related business analysis domain.
  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Navigate a matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Use technology to meet reporting needs, with advanced SQL and experience with tools such as Power BI, Python or R, Cornerstone, Lumi, and Hive.
  • Have extensive experience with Microsoft tools, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Have data modeling experience.
  • Bring strong skills in LLMs, SQL, Tableau, Python, SAS, and Power BI.
  • Be prepared for additional background verification checks, which may apply to this role.
