Opis

  • Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to online leads.
  • Book in-home appointments for Safety Specialists.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a dialer.
  • Use a structured sales process to turn leads into in-home sales opportunities.
  • Understand customers’ needs through active listening.
  • Ask targeted questions and address objections.
  • Gather information that can support the eventual sale.
  • Maintain quality throughout the lead-setting process.
  • Track and meet contact center metrics.
  • Work with colleagues and use geographic knowledge and lead-setting skills.

Zahteve

  • Be available to work Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
  • Have experience in a modern contact center focused on consultative sales, customer conversions, and lead generation.
  • Experience in an automated contact center is preferred.
  • Show a record of success in phone sales, consultative selling, lead setting, or related contact center work.
  • Have strong technical skills and be able to switch among omnichannel contact center software, a CRM, mapping tools, Microsoft Office, and other cloud tools.
  • Communicate clearly and demonstrate strong grammar, spelling, and writing skills.
  • Have a strong understanding of North American geography.
  • Be comfortable receiving individual or team coaching and having work evaluated in real time.
  • Be prepared to work remotely, communicating with colleagues entirely by video conference, instant messaging, and phone.
  • Manage tasks across multiple software platforms during the workday.
