Opis

  • Identify prospective customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Develop new business and revenue in line with assigned goals.
  • Promote branch sales with the Branch Manager and team.
  • Visit customer offices and job sites regularly.
  • Support customer satisfaction with products and services.

Zahteve

  • Engage prospective customers and pursue new business.
  • Maintain a strong sales focus and work to exceed budgets.
  • Build rapport, understand customer needs, provide value, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have at least two years of sales experience.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Be willing to travel up to 90% of the time.
  • Be able to work scheduled days and hours, including onsite at the assigned location.
  • Be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Be able to use computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Demonstrate active listening, adaptability, analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, dependability, initiative, integrity, relationship building, problem solving, self-control, service orientation, stress tolerance, and time management.
