- Develop new business and revenue in line with assigned goals.
- Promote branch sales with the Branch Manager and team.
- Visit customer offices and job sites regularly.
- Support customer satisfaction with products and services.

- Maintain a strong sales focus and work to exceed budgets.
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, provide value, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least two years of sales experience.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Be willing to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Be able to work scheduled days and hours, including onsite at the assigned location.
- Be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Be able to use computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrate active listening, adaptability, analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, dependability, initiative, integrity, relationship building, problem solving, self-control, service orientation, stress tolerance, and time management.
