Opis

  • Map processes and pinpoint opportunities for AI, automation, and data to reduce friction and improve decisions.
  • Work with Digital Office colleagues to turn business needs into user stories, requirements, prototypes, and practical improvements.
  • Use AI responsibly to improve workflows, knowledge access, reporting, governance, and portfolio management while considering people, quality, security, and compliance.
  • Build and test automations with Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot, and approved AI tools.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that inform evidence-based decisions and demonstrate value.
  • Create guidance, demos, communications, and learning materials to encourage adoption of new processes and AI-enabled practices.
  • Measure efficiency gains, shorter cycle times, quality improvements, user adoption, and lessons learned.
  • Explore emerging technologies, share findings, seek feedback, and improve your work.

Zahteve

  • A degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data, business, management, or a related discipline.
  • A strong interest in generative AI, automation, data analytics, digital transformation, and using technology to improve work.
  • Energy and ability to handle multiple priorities, take ownership, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
  • A learning mindset, with the ability to pick things up quickly, welcome feedback, and step beyond your comfort zone.
  • Resilience and flexibility as requirements change, experiments encounter setbacks, or change takes time.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Exposure to generative AI tools, prompt design, AI agents, or responsible AI principles.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, SQL, Python, process modelling, or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices, user stories, design thinking, project work, or change and adoption activities.
  • A portfolio, prototype, dashboard, automation, or university project that shows curiosity and initiative.
