- Map processes and pinpoint opportunities for AI, automation, and data to reduce friction and improve decisions.
- Work with Digital Office colleagues to turn business needs into user stories, requirements, prototypes, and practical improvements.
- Use AI responsibly to improve workflows, knowledge access, reporting, governance, and portfolio management while considering people, quality, security, and compliance.
- Build and test automations with Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot, and approved AI tools.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that inform evidence-based decisions and demonstrate value.
- Create guidance, demos, communications, and learning materials to encourage adoption of new processes and AI-enabled practices.
- Measure efficiency gains, shorter cycle times, quality improvements, user adoption, and lessons learned.
- Explore emerging technologies, share findings, seek feedback, and improve your work.
