Descriere

  • Deliver software solutions aligned with business needs
  • Build and manage relationships across IT and business stakeholder groups
  • Form and lead cross-functional teams supporting client initiatives
  • Define implementation plans, resource requirements, timelines, and costs
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks and operational issues
  • Evaluate work quality and confirm deliverables meet client expectations
  • Develop technology roadmaps and architect solutions for business priorities
  • Oversee the design, development, engineering, implementation, and operation of servers, infrastructure, networks, websites, and telecommunications services
  • Manage product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs
  • Balance user needs, business goals, resource capacity, and technical feasibility
  • Monitor the performance and availability of cloud and internal services
  • Coordinate cloud and end-user service implementations to meet schedule and budget targets
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-oriented workplace
  • Set objectives, provide coaching and feedback, complete performance reviews, and support employee growth
  • Participate in divisional or departmental leadership and communicate organizational mission, values, policies, and practices

Cerințe

  • Proven leadership in a shared-services environment serving multiple IT customers and stakeholder groups
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including print, storage, and correspondence platforms
  • Ability to uncover opportunities to optimize enterprise operations
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage competing demands effectively
  • Ability to establish KPIs for measuring system performance and outcomes
  • Commitment to reducing overhead and complexity while supporting self-managing, agile delivery
  • Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities
  • Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of enterprise document printing and storage is preferred
  • Insurance industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Sponsorship is not considered unless the posting specifically states otherwise
  • Residence within approximately 35–50 miles of Madison, Wisconsin, or Boston, Massachusetts
  • Availability to work from the office at least 10 days each month
  • Successful completion of applicable background checks
  • Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement
