Senior Corporate Events Manager

Descriere

  • Direct event programs from planning through delivery, owning schedules and outcomes.
  • Plan flagship events, coordinating content, speakers, venues, logistics, internal communications and on-site production.
  • Manage trade shows and the quarterly virtual event series.
  • Apply and refine documented event playbooks.
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery for internal programs such as Revenue Kickoff and Quarterly Company Meetings.
  • Oversee event budgets, contracts, agencies and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor spending against budgets and report variances.
  • Coordinate promotion, registration targets and follow-up with Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success and Campaign Managers.
  • Measure attendance, pipeline and retention outcomes.
  • Present event impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual operations work.
  • Travel for events, primarily during flagship and peak event periods.

Cerințe

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with some postgraduate work.
  • Practical experience managing end-to-end delivery of large events with 1,000 or more attendees, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Experience with trade shows, virtual events, executive or VIP programs, and internal events such as sales kickoffs.
  • Strong capabilities in budget, contract and vendor management.
  • Ability to oversee multiple workstreams concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and represent the team with senior stakeholders, including the CRO and CCO offices.
  • Familiarity with Cvent, Splash, Notion, SFDC, Google Suite and Slack.
  • Experience partnering with full-service event agencies and external production teams.
  • Experience applying AI in daily work and readiness to keep learning as tools evolve.
  • Ability to lead a project or team to a successful outcome.
  • PMP, CMP or a similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience producing global events or coordinating logistics across regions is a plus.
  • Experience in customer success, post-sales, retention or a related B2B software area is a plus.
