Lead consumer care and loyalty programs for Chobani’s yogurt, coffee, and wellness brands. The role covers CRM data, process improvements, reporting, and mentoring team members.
Descriere
- Lead consumer care and deliver a strong customer experience while gathering useful data and sharing information about Chobani, its products, mission, and values.
- Manage broader departmental work, including program development and improvements to systems and processes.
- Oversee programs that strengthen shared systems across the team.
- Serve as a company resource on product specifications, descriptions, nutrition facts, ingredients, and social issues.
- Record consumer transaction details accurately in the CRM system.
- Report on quality and consumer feedback to inform productivity improvements and business decisions.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Respond to questions and concerns about Chobani advertising, brand messaging, and current news.
- Meet quality and productivity targets for consumer engagement.
- Escalate complaints that could have a significant business impact.
- Handle other duties as needed.
Cerințe
- A college degree, or a high school diploma paired with relevant experience.
- At least 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to lead and encourage the team’s success and collaboration.
- Ability to understand and communicate Chobani’s brand ideals and culture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new material and information quickly.
- Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining an appropriate tone and message.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel to the Norwich or New Berlin locations within 90 minutes.
