Senior Client Service Specialist – Commercial Risk Innovation (Remote, US)

Senior client service specialist supporting commercial risk management through data analysis, policy renewals, quoting, audits, and client documentation. This full-time remote US role also contributes to process improvement and complex insurance servicing.

Descriere

  • Collaborates with advisors, line-of-business specialists, and client service professionals to assess client data and needs
  • Helps develop risk management solutions aligned with clients’ financial objectives
  • Prepares premium allocation calculations
  • Drafts and updates renewal proposals
  • Prepares materials for presenting risks to insurance markets
  • Creates applications, insurance summaries, and other coverage documentation
  • Supports client service teams with presentation materials
  • Independently analyzes complex data, summarizes findings, and prepares reports
  • Enters and maintains information in insurer and firm software systems
  • Manages complex audits and completes related audit worksheets
  • Reviews contractual requirements for complex certificate requests
  • Performs detailed quote reviews
  • Quotes flood and builders’ risk policies at the request of an Account Manager
  • Manages process-based quoting for assigned books, including NFIP, bonds, and small builders’ risk
  • Renews bond and flood policies
  • Tracks binding subjectivities and follows up as needed
  • Trains and mentors other Analysts
  • Completes assigned special projects
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and operational processes
  • Escalates issues and discrepancies to the appropriate leaders

Cerințe

  • At least 2 years of insurance industry experience is required; 3 or more years is preferred
  • Maintains all licenses required by the applicable State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions where the firm operates, or can obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced team setting
  • Acts in accordance with the organization’s core values and culture
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Able to learn other software and systems used by the firm
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
