Descriere

  • Represent SailPoint as an Account Executive selling its Identity Security solution
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue quotas
  • Respond to customer and partner questions with accurate, tailored guidance
  • Create business plans for the assigned territory
  • Build strategic relationships with customers and business partners to support strong service
  • Work with marketing, partners, and end users to plan and execute sales activities
  • Follow up on provided leads and keep internal systems current
  • Coordinate technical resources for demonstrations of SailPoint's competitive advantages
  • Maintain post-sale account coverage with customers and partner teams while identifying new opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from qualification and presentations through demonstrations, RFPs, negotiations, and close
  • Develop knowledge of territory accounts, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors
  • Explain SailPoint's product and technology strategies in relation to competing organizations
  • Guide conversations with business stakeholders and technical decision-makers
  • Use channel management and reporting tools while maintaining accurate forecasts and Salesforce records
  • Create customer, account, territory, opportunity, marketing, and channel plans within the first six months
  • Develop pipeline worth two to three times target and refine the go-to-market approach
  • Run a regular operating cadence with the virtual team and complete SailPoint enablement badges

Cerințe

  • Communicate effectively in initial meetings and discovery calls, analyze prospect needs, and qualify opportunities
  • Understand and present SailPoint solutions confidently, including comparisons with Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
  • Deliver a strong customer experience while positioning SailPoint solutions and partner services competitively
  • Lead virtual teams involving partner resources, presales, partner managers, deal desk, professional services, BVA, and customer success
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a sales team
  • Take initiative, prepare colleagues, make engagement decisions, and ensure commitments are completed
  • Develop territory and opportunity plans
  • A bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Be prepared for approximately 50% business travel annually
