Remote Growth Systems Manager, CRM and Marketing Technology

Manage CRM, marketing, and contact center platforms to support Sandstone Care’s behavioral health growth. Build scalable systems, reporting, and integrations for Growth teams.

Descriere

  • Manage CRM, contact center, marketing, and engagement platforms used by Growth teams.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, automations, integrations, reports, and data quality.
  • Work with Admissions, Marketing, and Business Development leaders to select and implement technology solutions.
  • Deliver Growth technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, training, and adoption.
  • Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
  • Build reports and dashboards to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain system documentation, governance, and operating standards.
  • Work across departments to deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Advise Growth leaders on technology that improves efficiency, client engagement, and census growth.

Cerințe

  • Be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Have at least three years of experience as the primary administrator or owner of a CRM or similar business platform.
  • Show hands-on CRM configuration experience with examples.
  • Experience with New Resilence, Salesforce, or a healthcare-focused CRM is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with API integrations is preferred.
  • Know call tracking or contact center platforms such as CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), CallRail, or Five9, and be willing to learn and manage these systems.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing data tools, Google Analytics 4, and tag management is a plus.
  • Be able to work across multiple time zones.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience with or general knowledge of behavioral health treatment providers is preferred.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
