Descriere

  • Set OHSU’s technology vision, strategy, technical standards, and core architecture
  • Develop scalable, extensible technology architecture aligned with enterprise architecture and industry practices
  • Create engineering standards, processes, and procedures and drive their adoption across the division
  • Direct delivery and reliability of core technology services, systems, and networks
  • Oversee operations, disaster recovery planning, security alignment, and business continuity
  • Plan IT capacity to support current and future infrastructure requirements
  • Assess infrastructure risks, emerging needs, and systems issues, then develop solutions
  • Define and monitor divisional performance metrics
  • Manage operating and capital budgets
  • Oversee strategic technology vendors and contracts in partnership with Vendor Management
  • Lead the Technology Infrastructure, Design and Engineering Division
  • Supervise and mentor directors and frontline managers
  • Partner with ITG executive leadership to set and deliver strategic goals and initiatives
  • Represent ITG executive leadership on committees and other organizational groups

Cerințe

  • Master’s degree in information technology or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in the field combined with significant IT experience
  • At least eight years of progressively responsible IT management experience
  • Three years of senior-level technology management experience, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Experience assessing business requirements, technology options, operating models, costs, risks, and governance
  • Strong organizational and management capabilities in a large organization
  • Experience creating and implementing IT strategies
  • IT project and program management experience across small- and large-scale application initiatives
  • Experience working in a complex technology environment
  • Broad understanding of IT systems, networks, and telecommunications
  • Experience leading highly skilled management and technical teams responsible for technology strategy and planning
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and creative, original thinking in highly stressful environments
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and provide clear direction
  • Tact and diplomacy in maintaining effective working relationships
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects with budget accountability
  • Demonstrated operating and capital budget management expertise
  • Knowledge of ITIL service management principles
