Descriere

  • Sell Pitney Bowes postage meters and office, mailing, and shipping consumable supplies to existing business clients through high-volume outbound calls
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls across two phone systems
  • Build customer rapport, qualify needs, recommend suitable supplies, and complete sales
  • Address objections by explaining product benefits, promotions, and the company value proposition
  • Take part each year in a team development, mentoring, committee, training, or volunteer activity
  • Work with internal teams to resolve errors and customer escalations
  • Meet monthly sales quotas and productivity measures, including 150–200 calls per day
  • Use complex software systems to document transactions and create invoices while maintaining a monthly error rate below 6%
  • Find and apply performance improvements while exceeding quotas and customer expectations

Cerințe

  • At least one year of sales or customer service experience with a demonstrated record of surpassing goals set by others, including in sales or sports
  • Strong foundational sales abilities, including resilience, objection handling, closing, and identifying opportunities in challenging situations
  • Intermediate PC proficiency and the ability to work across multiple screens at once
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic computer and internet troubleshooting skills
  • A home office or desk with dependable high-speed internet
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time
  • A secure, quiet, distraction-free home workspace suitable for protecting client data
  • Reliable arrangements for dependent and child care
  • Comfort communicating mainly with colleagues through videoconference
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Reliable in-home, hard-wired high-speed internet connection
  • Internet service with at least 30 Mbps download speed
  • Preferred: Demonstrated success developing and retaining B2B, inside sales, or telemarketing accounts
  • Preferred: One year of consistent success in outbound or phone sales
  • Preferred: Demonstrated success working from home
