Customer Success Manager - Florida Remote
Manage school-district relationships for EverDriven’s technology-enabled student transportation services across Florida. Lead retention, renewals, revenue growth, and customer-specific solutions.
Descriere
- Develop strategies and processes that strengthen customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage account relationships, customer strategy, pricing, contract renewals, and RFPs
- Build proactive relationships with school-district decision-makers and personnel at every level
- Identify retention and service risks across assigned accounts and lead mitigation plans
- Apply product knowledge, problem-solving, and training to improve customer engagement and support revenue growth
- Hold regular client check-ins and business reviews to understand objectives, challenges, and solution needs
- Partner with internal teams to secure resources and deliver customer solutions and tools
- Represent customer feedback to internal teams as the voice of the customer
- Champion customer-focused solutions, product improvements, and initiatives that support growth
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- At least five years of experience in business development or customer success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and sustaining client relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding client needs and developing effective solutions
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-directed, proactive approach with a customer-success focus and demonstrated goal achievement
- Valid, unrestricted US driver’s license in good standing
- Remote work arrangement with travel of up to 33%
