Develop strategies and processes that strengthen customer satisfaction and retention
Manage account relationships, customer strategy, pricing, contract renewals, and RFPs
Build proactive relationships with school-district decision-makers and personnel at every level
Identify retention and service risks across assigned accounts and lead mitigation plans
Apply product knowledge, problem-solving, and training to improve customer engagement and support revenue growth
Hold regular client check-ins and business reviews to understand objectives, challenges, and solution needs
Partner with internal teams to secure resources and deliver customer solutions and tools
Represent customer feedback to internal teams as the voice of the customer
Champion customer-focused solutions, product improvements, and initiatives that support growth

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
At least five years of experience in business development or customer success
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and sustaining client relationships
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding client needs and developing effective solutions
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced work environment
Self-directed, proactive approach with a customer-success focus and demonstrated goal achievement
Valid, unrestricted US driver’s license in good standing
Remote work arrangement with travel of up to 33%
