Client Experience Consultant at Vanguard

Present Vanguard’s digital platforms to plan participants and sponsors, and support sales, relationship management, business development, and client retention. Work with internal teams to match digital solutions to client goals and resolve complex inquiries.

Descriere

  • Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams on client meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Advise on digital platforms for plan participants and sponsors.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Build working relationships with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Consultant teams.
  • Contribute to new business development and client retention.
  • Assess client needs and connect them with digital solutions that support their goals.
  • Handle complex questions about products, services, and processes.
  • Use product, service, and industry knowledge to find ways to strengthen client relationships.
  • Take part in strategic planning, business development, and special projects.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of relevant experience.
  • Three or more years in financial services, client engagement, or relationship management is preferred.
  • An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience presenting to clients or stakeholders in a professional setting.
  • Knowledge of financial services, recordkeeping, or institutional business is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to adapt in real time and perform effectively in high-pressure, client-facing situations.
  • Comfort using and demonstrating digital platforms and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work across functions and build partnerships among teams.
  • Understanding of financial services, including products, services, and client needs in an institutional setting.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
