Bilingual Business Banking Analyst (Hybrid, Canada)
Support CIBC business banking clients with account servicing, financial documentation, digital onboarding, and solution referrals. This hybrid role uses phone, email, and video channels to coordinate client and internal partner needs.
Descriere
- Provide account maintenance, daily service support, and administrative assistance to Business Banking clients and internal partners
- Assess business client requests, deliver solutions, and make appropriate recommendations
- Review and validate Digital Business Onboarding applications across Business Banking, Personal Banking, and Imperial Service
- Communicate with clients and internal partners through phone, email, and video conferencing
- Manage updates to account details, signing authorities, and existing Cash Management products
- Document all servicing activities accurately in the designated tools
- Present solutions and resolve or escalate client questions and concerns
- Assist with non-sales calling campaigns, client outreach, initiatives, projects, and AML remediation work
- Collect and verify client financial information and documentation under CIBC policies and procedures
- Complete due diligence before making credit recommendations or selling products
- Recognize sales opportunities and refer them to Business Advisors or other appropriate internal partners
- Encourage use of digital banking services, including ATM, Mobile, and SmartBanking for Business
- Collaborate with internal partners to anticipate and address client needs
Cerințe
- 1–2 years of experience in a professional, fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in financial services, client service, or a Client Contact Centre
- Strong knowledge of business products and services, including lending, cash management solutions, GICs, and banking centre services
- Fluency in both French and English
- Ability to work independently from home in a secure, closed-door workspace
- Wired internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Satellite internet service is not permitted
- Availability for flexible rotating hours from Monday through Saturday to support client and branch schedules
- Ability to reach the primary work location within two hours when required for business purposes
- Legal eligibility to work at the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable
- Willingness to complete attribute-based assessments, skills tests, simulations, coding exercises, or French proficiency testing if required
