Apraksts

  • Deliver expert third-line support across enterprise Windows environments
  • Investigate complex incidents and problems, applying immediate fixes and identifying lasting improvements
  • Design, implement and support infrastructure solutions on Windows platforms
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades and technical change activities
  • Prioritize workload against agreed service levels and operational needs
  • Build effective relationships with customers, project teams and technical stakeholders
  • Assess services and identify ways to improve reliability, performance and user experience
  • Keep technical documentation current and share knowledge with the wider team
  • Join an out-of-hours on-call rota
  • Help restore critical services when required

Prasības

  • Hold SC clearance or be willing and eligible to obtain it
  • Have third-line experience in a managed services environment
  • Have experience supporting complex enterprise environments
  • Bring experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
  • Have experience with Microsoft Windows Server
  • Have experience with Azure AD technologies, including Azure AD Connect, ADFS and single sign-on
  • Know failover clustering and core Windows infrastructure technologies
  • Bring experience with VMware and virtualization platforms
  • Have experience with Exchange and Microsoft collaboration technologies
  • Have experience with SCCM, endpoint management and software deployment tools
  • Know PKI, certificate management and identity management solutions
  • Be able to script and automate with PowerShell
  • Know infrastructure monitoring, security and endpoint protection technologies
  • Understand networking fundamentals, including routing, firewalls, LAN and WAN
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Make sound technical decisions and work with limited supervision
  • Communicate clearly and maintain a customer-first approach
  • Be willing to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement
