Wintel Infrastructure Engineer
Provide third-line support for secure enterprise Windows infrastructure used by Computacenter customers. Resolve complex incidents, deliver infrastructure projects and improve critical managed services.

- Deliver expert third-line support across enterprise Windows environments
- Investigate complex incidents and problems, applying immediate fixes and identifying lasting improvements
- Design, implement and support infrastructure solutions on Windows platforms
- Contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades and technical change activities
- Prioritize workload against agreed service levels and operational needs
- Build effective relationships with customers, project teams and technical stakeholders
- Assess services and identify ways to improve reliability, performance and user experience
- Keep technical documentation current and share knowledge with the wider team
- Join an out-of-hours on-call rota
- Help restore critical services when required
आवश्यकताएँ
- Hold SC clearance or be willing and eligible to obtain it
- Have third-line experience in a managed services environment
- Have experience supporting complex enterprise environments
- Bring experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
- Have experience with Microsoft Windows Server
- Have experience with Azure AD technologies, including Azure AD Connect, ADFS and single sign-on
- Know failover clustering and core Windows infrastructure technologies
- Bring experience with VMware and virtualization platforms
- Have experience with Exchange and Microsoft collaboration technologies
- Have experience with SCCM, endpoint management and software deployment tools
- Know PKI, certificate management and identity management solutions
- Be able to script and automate with PowerShell
- Know infrastructure monitoring, security and endpoint protection technologies
- Understand networking fundamentals, including routing, firewalls, LAN and WAN
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Make sound technical decisions and work with limited supervision
- Communicate clearly and maintain a customer-first approach
- Be willing to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement
