  • Own end-to-end TikTok Shop growth plans spanning assortment, pricing, promotions, content, live commerce, and creator or affiliate initiatives
  • Set and achieve quarterly GMV, ROI, and margin targets
  • Run recurring WBRs and QBRs, turning performance results into clear executive recommendations
  • Find opportunities to expand accounts, increase scope, and introduce upsell initiatives
  • Develop and manage affiliate and creator programs, including commissions, contracts, and performance KPIs
  • Match creators to client objectives, promotional schedules, and content plans
  • Manage live shopping events from planning through analysis, including scripts, host selection, pin strategies, and post-event reviews
  • Work with creative teams to improve content performance and conversion
  • Coordinate shop inventory, attribution, and catalog data with paid campaigns, including Spark Ads and Shopping Ads
  • Create and analyze dashboards, investigate funnel drop-offs, and evaluate performance hypotheses
  • Turn underlying data into persuasive client presentations and actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate work across clients, brands, TikTok, and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve escalated issues, clear obstacles, and maintain cross-team alignment
  • Coach junior colleagues and develop repeatable operating playbooks

Prasības

  • Bring 3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplaces, digital commerce operations, or social commerce
  • Have 2–3 years of experience in the beauty industry
  • Demonstrate success owning revenue and growth targets, including GMV, AOV, and margins
  • Work confidently with Excel or Sheets, dashboards, and reporting platforms
  • Communicate exceptionally with clients, tell compelling executive-level stories, and negotiate effectively
  • Operate successfully in ambiguous and evolving environments
  • Have experience leading or mentoring junior team members
  • Have at least one year of end-to-end TikTok Shop management experience
  • Hands-on TikTok Shop operator experience of at least one year is preferred but not required
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
