Apraksts

  • Manage leave, attendance, scheduling, and related workforce operations.
  • Recommend improvements to tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to support efficient workflows.
  • Track performance trends and prepare monthly and annual agent KPI reports.
  • Escalate performance variances to the immediate supervisor for appropriate action.
  • Maintain workforce data that is usable, relevant, accurate, representative, and objective.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to the appropriate recipients on schedule.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by management within the employment category and support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Prasības

  • A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any field.
  • Relevant work experience of approximately two years is preferred, though fresh graduates may apply.
  • Strong time management skills and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
