Service Desk Agent - Colombia (Remote)
Provide Level 1 technical support for Robot.com's autonomous delivery robot fleet from Colombia. Troubleshoot operational, connectivity, video, and software issues while coordinating escalations and supporting field teams.

- Deliver first-line technical support for Robot.com's autonomous fleet operations
- Log and track operational issues, incidents, and accidents involving robots
- Investigate and resolve Level 1 technical problems
- Provide remote assistance to field operations personnel
- Use internal tools to troubleshoot autonomy, video, and connectivity problems
- Escalate unresolved or complex incidents to Service Desk Engineers or specialist teams through established communication channels
- Monitor the ticket queue to ensure timely responses and accurate categorization
- Carry out the robot software update process
- Keep Operative and Technical Teams informed through clear communication
- Learn and apply company procedures, technical documentation, and best practices in real time
- Follow documented procedures and support workflows to maintain fleet stability
- Provide primary support for the Service Desk Engineer Robotics and Service Desk Engineer Platforms functions
Reikalavimai
- Experience using ticketing systems or following help desk workflows in technical settings
- Basic ability to navigate the Linux command line and troubleshoot through CLI tools
- Proven problem-solving experience with hardware and software issues
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective technical communication
- Basic Python knowledge is desirable
- Experience with Git and GitHub workflows is desirable
- Familiarity with sensor technologies such as LiDAR, cameras, and GPS is desirable
- Understanding of communication protocols such as Serial, I2C, and CAN is desirable
- Experience in startup, robotics, or automation environments is desirable
- Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; current students must have completed at least the third semester
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Clear, patient, and considerate communication with technical teams and field personnel
- Ability to document incidents, procedures, and escalations accurately
