Trade Nation is seeking a Premium Client Manager to manage high-value clients and partners, support acquisition, and strengthen retention. The role combines compliant business development with premium client service in a hybrid London setting.

- Source and introduce prospective clients while following onboarding and compliance procedures
- Identify, establish, and manage partner relationships
- Meet defined KPIs while servicing a portfolio of house clients
- Develop strong relationships with high-value clients and partners
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and partners
- Manage client and partner relationships in accordance with regulatory requirements, hospitality standards, and financial promotion rules
- Support business development through approved social media and marketing channels under internal marketing and financial promotion policies
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Country Head to support client acquisition and retention
- Prepare reports for management and key partners
- Follow all applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies
- Handle other duties appropriate to the role’s level and responsibilities as business needs change
Reikalavimai
- At least 5 years of experience in the retail derivatives industry
- At least 8 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting performance targets
- Detailed knowledge of spread betting and CFDs
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Positive, self-motivated, KPI-focused, and capable of managing an independent workload
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
