  • Grow revenue and commercial opportunities for plant extract within the Natural Solutions organization.
  • Develop and execute plans to build a scalable, profitable plant extract business.
  • Find markets, build customer and partner relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Set commercial direction across target markets, applications, customers, channels, partnerships, portfolio priorities, and value creation.
  • Lead and develop the plant extract sales and commercialization team.
  • Prioritize markets and customers using customer needs, feasibility, competitive position, strategic fit, and financial value.
  • Develop qualified opportunities in agriculture, animal health, surfactants, personal care, household care, and other markets.
  • Direct customer discovery, value proposition development, business development, sales negotiations, proposals, and deal conversion.
  • Build relationships with customers, distributors, development partners, toll manufacturers, strategic collaborators, and commercial partners.
  • Guide products from concept through validation, definition, launch, scale-up, and ongoing business management.
  • Turn customer and market needs into priorities for technical, formulation, quality, regulatory, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Set pricing, offer structures, contracts, channel models, partnership economics, and commercial terms.
  • Own business cases covering revenue, volume, pricing, margin, forecasts, profitability, capital needs, and long-term value creation.
  • Lead annual operating and growth plans, commercial forecasts, scenario planning, and financial updates for senior leaders.
  • Set pipeline reviews, commercial measures, operating cadence, and governance.
  • Coordinate plant-to-market planning with Operations and Supply Chain.
  • Represent the business with senior stakeholders, customers, partners, and external organizations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through qualification, product definition, trials, contracting, launch, and post-launch performance management.
  • Within the first 12 to 18 months, establish the commercialization strategy, team, sales process, pipeline discipline, partnerships, pricing, forecasts, and measurable revenue growth.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Substantial experience in commercialization, business development, sales leadership, strategy, product management, scaling new businesses, or general management.
  • Experience in ingredients, specialty chemicals, biomaterials, agribusiness, consumer or industrial products, or related fields is preferred.
  • Record of taking new businesses, products, or platforms from development through customer adoption, launch, and growth.
  • Experience leading and developing a sales or commercial team, including pipeline management, customer segmentation, account strategy, sales execution, and performance oversight.
  • Experience owning or substantially influencing a P&L, including pricing, forecasting, margin management, business cases, and resource allocation.
  • Success building and executing growth strategies with customers, external partners, distributors, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to turn technical or manufacturing capabilities into compelling customer propositions and commercially viable offers.
  • Strong financial, strategic, analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to plants, partners, customers, conferences, and market development activities.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree in business, engineering, chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience selling or commercializing plant-derived ingredients, natural products, specialty chemicals, surfactants, biomaterials, agricultural inputs, animal health products, personal care or household care ingredients, or related solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience building a market, channel, or customer base for a new product or technology where market structures are limited.
  • Preferred: Experience with strategic partnerships, licensing, toll manufacturing, distribution models, contract development, or technology commercialization.
  • Preferred: Experience selling across markets with different customer needs, regulatory pathways, value propositions, and margin structures.
  • Preferred: Ability to connect customer needs with R&D, process development, formulation, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel to plants, R&D sites, suppliers, partners, customers, conferences, and market development activities.
